OG Anunoby out for Knicks-76ers Game 4; Joel Embiid probable

Anunoby sustained a hamstring injury late in Game 2 that also sidelined him for Game 3.

With a chance to close out their series against the Philadelphia 76ers, the New York Knicks will once again be shorthanded on Sunday. Starting forward OG Anunoby will miss a second straight game with a right hamstring strain. Head coach Mike Brown announced his status in his pregame news conference.

76ers center Joel Embiid, meanwhile, remained listed as probable in the hours before tip. Heโ€™s been dealing with multiple lower-body injuries and was listed on the injury report with right hip soreness. He returned to play in Game 3 of the series after missing Game 2.

Anunoby sustained his injury late in New Yorkโ€™s Game 2 win. It sidelined him for Game 3, which New York won to take a 3-0 series lead. The Knicks will have a chance to close out the series in Philadelphia on Sunday, but will do so without one of their most important players.
