Caitlin Clark walks off opening loss and onto Morgan Wallen stage
Morgan Wallen has a local celebrity walk him out at all of his live shows and Caitlin Clark did the honors in Indianapolis on Saturday night.
Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever lost their opener , 107-104, to Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings Saturday afternoon . Whatever concerns folks may have had about an injury after she left the game twice to go to the locker room seem to be unfounded, as Clark made an appearance at a Morgan Wallen concert at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis Saturday night. Wallen has a local celebrity walk him out at all of his live shows and Clark did the honors in Indy.

She had 16 points when she checked out at the 3:01 mark of the third quarter and briefly headed up the tunnel to the locker room. ESPN's Holly Rowe reported that Clark was on a trainer's table, being worked on by staff, before she later returned to the bench. As Clark walked up to the Fever bench, she put on a wrap around her back and sat down next to teammate Lexie Hull.
