Browns RB Quinshon Judkins makes big, familiar move ahead of year-two
Getting back to his roots, Browns running back Quinshon Judkins is changing his jersey number back to 1.
Cleveland Browns starting running back, Quinshon Judkins is making a huge move entering his second season in the NFL. Going back to his college number, Judkins is switching from 10 to 1 for the Browns this season. This number was last worn by cornerback Martin Emerson Jr.
, who never wore it in a game after suffering an injury in the offseason. The last player to suit up in the number 1 on gameday was former free-agent add and safety Juan Thornhill, who quickly became a villain in Cleveland and was released after just two years with the team. Judkins has become the second second-year player to switch to a single-digit number this offseason, after wide receiver Isaiah Bond took No. 0 as well.
