Following a pit stop error at Barber, Christian Lundgaard knew his time to win in Papaya was coming. He does so on the grounds of IMS in the Sonsio Grand Prix.

The first-year Penske driver couldn't hold off Lundgaard as they battled through the corners and settled for second. Graham Rahal completed the podium for his second podium finish of the year.

This win comes two rounds after Lundgaard's near win at Barber following a pit stop error. "I really didn't expect this today," Lundgaard told Jack Harvey. "I hoped for it.
