Florida State at the "very top" for blue-chip WR target

Florida State has been heavily recruiting 2027 four-star wide receiver Jabari Watkins since last March, and they currently sit at the top of his list.

Florida State is looking to add more blue-chip talent to their 2027 recruiting class to go alongside safety Mekhi Williams, linebacker Gregory Batson, and edge Anthony Cavallaro. Four-star wide receiver, Jabari Watkins, is one of their top targets. FSU hosted Watkins for an unofficial visit on March 25 of last year, and they extended him a scholarship offer during the trip.

He took two more unofficial visits last April and last September, plus he attended a Junior Day event in January as well as unofficial visit in March. Watkins is set to embark on his official visit schedule for the summer. He has trips to see the Louisville Cardinals on May 29, Arkansas Razorbacks on June 5, Florida State on June 12, and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on June 19.
