Carnell Tate has signed his rookie deal, proving once again that Ohio State is the place to be for elite wide receivers hoping to get to the NFL.
Former Ohio State star and No. 4 pick of the Tennessee Titans , Carnell Tate, just got a whole lot richer and continues to prove why Columbus is the elite landing spot for wide receivers.
