When will England announce their 2026 World Cup squad? Tuchel must submit his final 26-man squad no later than Saturday, May 30. However, England have confirmed that the official announcement will be made on Friday 22 May, with first release via the official England app.
England's first World Cup game, against Croatia, takes place on June 17. The Three Lions also face Ghana and Panama in Group L. In addition to the 26-man group, Tuchel can take an additional nine players to the United States for training.
