Watch Chiefs first-round pick Mansoor Delane show off his outstanding footwork in a training video that was posted to social media this week.

The Kansas City Chiefs ' new-look secondary will be counted on to anchor veteran coordinator Steve Spagnuolo's defense in 2026. Perhaps the most important addition to Kansas City's revamped defensive backfield is rookie cornerback Mansoor Delane, who was selected by the Chiefs with the No. 6 selection in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft.

Delane, a former LSU Tigers standout, is expected to be one of Kansas City's most valuable defenders next season and is already hard at work honing his craft ahead of his highly anticipated debut later this year. Take a look at Delane's remarkable offseason training in this video, which was posted to Twitter by Brad Henson Productions: Mansoor Delane is putting that work in šŸ”„ šŸŽ„ IG | saucysoor pic. twitter.
