Stefon Diggs is countersuing a man who claims he sexually assaulted him.

Just a week ago, former New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs was found not guilty of assaulting his former chef, but there was news of another case involving Diggs and a man. Christopher Blake Griffin alleged that Diggs sexually assaulted him in 2023. According to Reality Tea, Griffin has filed a motion with a judge to have Stefon hand over video footage.

He alleges that he was drugged and sexually assaulted by the star athlete. The alleged incident occurred in 2023 in Maryland. According to Griffin, Diggs made unwanted advances on him throughout the night.

Diggs filed a countersuit against him, accusing Griffin of defamation. Griffin now also wants details of Diggs financial information, along with security footage from Diggs' home the night the alleged assault took place. In his countersuit, Diggs says that these allegations have hurt him financially and his reputation.

Diggs is starting to garner a reputation as a troubled player amid all these allegations, which may explain why he has yet to be picked up in free agency. It seems that wherever Diggs goes, trouble follows, and some have said that may be why the Patriots cut ties with him .
