Audubon softball's pitching staff has developed another gem
Audubon softball has a deep and talented pitching staff. Sophomore Addison Leahan has thrown her name into the mix.
AUDUBON – On a deep and talented pitching staff for the Audubon High School softball team, Addison Leahan is throwing her way into the mix. Fresh off a 14-strikeout performance in a shutout over Cherry Hill West, the sophomore right-hander twirled a four-hitter against a heavy-hitting Delran club during a 1-0 nonleague victory on Friday. That’s 14 straight scoreless innings with 22 strikeouts for Leahan, who lowered her season ERA to 3.
50. “What a gutsy performance,” Audubon head coach Erin Small said about Leahan, who she awarded with the team’s yellow hard hat honor after the game. “She’s grown so much since last season.

Copsetta was one of the top pitchers in South Jersey when she produced ERAs south of 1. 50 in each of her first two seasons.
