Alabama baseball is awaiting an update on the injury outcome of shortstop Justin Lebron. At South Carolina, in the opening game of the penultimate series of the 2026 regular season, Lebron left the diamond after an apparent head injury suffered during a collision. In the seventh inning, however, Lebron was clotheslined by Gamecock Will Craddock during a bang-bang play to first base. Lebron fell face down on the ground before athletic trainers proceeded to move him to his back to tend to him further. Lebron was replaced by Jojo Williamson.
