NFL star Tyreek Hill has settled a lawsuit from an OnlyFans model who accused him of breaking her leg after she “humiliated” him in front of his friends during a backyard football drill in 2023. "I'm going to Disney World," Hill reportedly said as he left a Broward County courtroom on Friday. Under the terms of the settlement, model Sophie Hall reportedly agreed to dismiss the assault and battery charges she filed against Hill, and he agreed to settle her negligence claim, NBC Miami reports .
The Independent has contacted attorneys for Hall and Hill for comment. The civil suit alleged that the then- Miami Dolphins wide receiver “became enraged and forcefully and purposefully shoved Ms. Hall, severely fracturing her leg,” after she managed to knock the smaller Hill backward during a playful football exercise at his Southwest Ranches home.
“She hit the floor and felt pain,” her attorney, Jonathan Gdanski, told jurors Thursday in opening arguments, The Miami Herald reports . “She went to football practices. She knew and assumed the risk. ” Horwitz also argued it was more likely that Hall tripped over the NFL star’s dog.
