It was Jordan Walker’s double followed by a Masyn Winn triple that ended up being the difference maker. The St. Louis Cardinals’ pitching staff managed to hold on for the 2-1 win over San Diego.

The last couple games have been a major turnaround for the Padres’ offense, but tonight was a departure back to the low-scoring Friars we’ve come to know and love. The Friars will need to score some more runs to win against the Cards tonight. Taking the mound Michael McGreevy (STL) v.
