Revelle, Frahm & Jensen Head HUSKERS SOFTBALL Honorees For All-Big 10 Awards
The Huskers were well represented in the Big 10 Softball coach’s awards - but should there have been a few more?
Jordy Frahm – Big 10 Pitcher of the Year (2nd straight year) Alexis Jensen – Big 10 Freshman of the Year Rhonda Revelle – Big 10 Coach of the Year Not a bad haul when you snag three of the four major awards. In addition, Jensen, Samantha Bland, Hannah Coor, Kacie Hoffmann and Ava Kuszak were named as Second-team All-Big Ten honorees. Coor and Frahm were named to the Big Ten All-Defensive Team at their positions.
Jensen, unsurprisingly added to her FOTY award by being named to the Big 10 All-Freshman team and Emmerson Cope was selected as NU’s sportsmanship honoree.
