OFA baseball, softball finish on opposite ends of decisions
The OFA baseball and softball teams finished on opposite ends of NAC Central decisions Thursday. The baseball team scored a 7-1 win over Norwood-Norfolk and the softball team lost to St. Lawrence Central 14-1.
In another Central baseball game, Canton shaded Massena 6-4. OFA 7 - N-N 1: Lucca LaBella (5 innings) and Blake Ashley (2 innings) combined to pitch a nine-strikeout four-hitter as the Blue Devils limited the Flyers to a single run in the fifth inning. Noah White singled twice and Kellen Sutton (2 RBIs) singled along with Hayden McDonald and Evan Nelson.
