The Green Bay Packers have a long and storied history of rookie undrafted free agents making the 53-man roster. Following the 2026 NFL draft, the Packers signed 10 more undrafted free agents. Which UDFA is the most likely to make the 53-man roster?
Our picks from the staff at Packers Wire: Zach Kruse: G Josh Gesky My first thought was J. Michael Sturdivant, who has the vertical speed, blocking experience and potential on special teams to make some noise at the bottom of the receiver depth chart this summer. But I'm going with Josh Gesky.
The Packers brought him in on a 30 visit and paid him a $200,000 base salary guarantee, signaling their interest in the player. I also believe there's a real opportunity for one of these rookie offensive linemen to make the roster. The depth chart is hardly settled past the top seven, and the Packers will likely keep 10.
Gesky doesn't have offensive tackle potential, but he played a lot of quality football at guard in the Big Ten, and he's a terrific athlete at 308 pounds. Finding an undrafted free agent fit is always an exercise is combining ability and opportunity. I think Gesky is pro ready, and the Packers have roster spots open on the interior offensive line.
