NWSL announces additional discipline to North Caroline defender Feli Rauch and Angel City FC midfielder Maiara Niehues
The National Women’s Soccer League has announced additional suspensions for NC Courage’s Feli Rauch and ACFC’s Maiara Niehues.

(Photo by Luke Hales/NWSL via Getty Images) | NWSL via Getty Images The NWSL has announced additional one-game suspensions to North Carolina Courage defender Feli Rauch and Angel City FC midfielder Maiara Niehues for incidents that occurred in their matches on May 2 – reviews were conducted by the NWSL Disciplinary Committee. In second half stoppage time in NC Courage’s match against KC Current, Rauch was sent off.
Niehues received a red card in first half stoppage time of ACFC’s match versus Utah Royals. Upon further review, the Disciplinary Committee determined that both incidents rose to the level of a violation of Section 12. 4.
