Flagler lacrosse wins NCAA Tournament opener in overtime

Flagler College men's lacrosse team won its first NCAA Tournament game in overtime, advancing to play Tampa.

Flagler College junior midfielder Griffin Moore scored with 1:29 left in overtime to lift the Saints men's lacrosse team to a 7-6 victory over host Concordia on May 7 in the first round of the NCAA Division II Tournament, in Irvine, Calif. Flagler (12-5) advanced to a game at South Region No. 1-seeded Tampa on May 10 at 1 p.
