NFL picks streaming service for Rams-49ers Australia game in Week 1
Netflix will reportedly broadcast the Rams-49ers season opener when the two NFC West foes square off in Australia this September.
The Los Angeles Rams ’ season opener against the San Francisco 49ers in Australia won’t be broadcast nationally on traditional television. You’ll need a streaming service in order to watch it. According to The Athletic , Netflix will broadcast Rams-49ers in Week 1 this September.
Netflix has broadcast two Christmas games in each of the last two seasons, which will continue with two more games this year. Kickoff between the Rams and 49ers will be at 8:35 p. m.

m. In addition to being streamed on Netflix, the game will be televised in local markets through over-the-air TV, per The Athletic. So those in Los Angeles and San Francisco will still get the game on traditional TV.
