The Baltimore Orioles aren't having the best season this year, as they're 17-20 and have plenty of injury issues plaguing the roster. While it's not looking likely at the moment, there is a chance that come the MLB Trade Deadline, the Orioles will wind up as sellers once more. And if they do sell, they have a few interesting options.

One of those possible trade chips, according to Jim Bowden of The Athletic , is lefty All-Star starting pitcher Trevor Rogers. Starters always fetch strong interest at the deadline, and Rogers is a name to watch. However, there might be an issue.

Orioles face 2 hurdles to Trevor Rogers trade "His career has featured many peaks and valleys," Bowden writes, "but if he can get back to last year's form, and if the Orioles continue to struggle and fall out of postseason contention, playoff hopefuls will monitor him closely since he's eligible for free agency in the offseason. " There are two issues the Orioles need answers to for Rogers to be dealt. First, the Orioles need to become sellers, and that would mean they falter down the stretch ahead of the deadline.
