The rich in MLB may be getting even richer. Once he’s cleared, there’s no easing him in slowly.

He’ll immediately become a major part of the Dodgers’ rotation. The news comes just one day after Tyler Glasnow was forced to leave his start against the Houston Astros early, creating fresh concern about the health of Los Angeles’ pitching staff. Whether Glasnow ultimately lands on the injured list or not, Snell’s return was already coming—and now it feels even more significant.
