Armitage named MI London captain for 2026

Hollie Armitage has been named MI London women's captain for the 2026 season of The Hundred. Durham's Armitage, 28, who has played six times for England, was captain of Northern Superchargers for their title win in the Hundred last season. Superchargers were coached to their win by Australian Lisa Keightley, who has since joined MI - formerly Oval Invincibles.

"It is no secret that we hoped Hollie would lead the side after signing her in the auction," Keightley said.
