Photo by Lauren Epstein/Testudo Times While Maryland men’s lacrosse will likely undergo significant roster turnover entering next season, the program’s outlook got a bit brighter Wednesday. Henry Dodge, Brian Ruppel and Riley Reese are expected to return for the Terps in 2027. The trio were granted another year of eligibility and will immediately slot back into Maryland’s starting lineup.

🚨BREAKING: I’m told @TerpsMLax star FO Henry Dodge has been granted an extra year of eligibility and will return to Maryland in 2027. Dodge finished second in the country in faceoff percentage at 68% in 2026 and earned First Team All-Big Ten honors. Massive news for the Terps.

The All-Big Ten first-teamer posted a 67. 9% faceoff win percentage and keyed Maryland to the third-highest faceoff success rate in the country. Dodge will team up with Jonah Carrier in the Terps’ faceoff committee again.
