Estevao is in Brazil having “conservative treatment” to keep World Cup hopes alive I really don’t like the sound of this one. It appears that Estevao might be prioritising the World Cup rather than his long term health. Obviously I am not a Doctor, so it is just my opinion when I am speaking on these things loosely based on knowledge.

Why is he not at Chelsea and being looked after and advised by their medical team? This makes little sense to me. He’s back at his former club Palmeiras!?
And it sounds like this is because he wants to avoid surgery so it gives him a chance of playing in the World Cup this summer. Which might be fine now, but what effect will this have on his injury in the long term?
