After the dark days of Thomas Tuchel’s reign in Munich that witnessed football terrorism and the first trophyless season in a very long time, Vincent Kompany’s hiring has proven to be a miracle.

The cure that has fixed almost everything. Bayern is back to its footballing best; beautiful, free-flowing, intense attacking football, a tightly knit team that plays as one unit, and a ‘never give up’ attitude summarizes Kompany’s brand. He has made his imprint, etched his mark, and the club management, players, and fans are all behind him.

That includes Bayern honorary president and supervisory board member Uli Hoeneß. In an interview with DAZN ( @DAZN_DE ) (as captured by @iMiaSanMia ), Uli Hoeneß revealed that he thinks “Vincent Kompany can stay here for another five or ten years as far as I’m concerned. ” It is fantastic to see that the coach has Uli’s seal of approval, and it is very likely that he isn’t going anywhere in the near future.

This could mean a very successful spell for Bayern over the next 5 years. Uli continued, “He made all the players better. I attribute this special feeling, this development, quite clearly to our coach.
