Charles Barkley goes at Draymond Green over Warriors' future
Charles Barkley gave Draymond Green an earful Wednesday night, expressing his doubts around Golden State's future.
Filling in on "Inside the NBA," Draymond Green made his first appearance of the playoffs Wednesday night, filling in for NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal. On the show, Green and the Warriors were called out by another Hall of Famer, Charles Barkley. Barkley said this: "It's over for the Warriors.
No disrespect. It ends for every old team. You had your run; you get old; you let Klay go.
You and Steph are on the backside of your careers; it just passed you by. " Barkley did give Golden State credit by adding, "You had one of the greatest runs ever. " However, it's clear to see that the former MVP doesn't believe in the team moving forward, given their age and roster construction.
