📸 Bayern left reeling after controversial handball decisions in UCL clash Bayern Munich have a mountain to climb in their Champions League semi-final tie against holders PSG. They already trailed by a goal after last week's first leg in Paris and Ousmane Dembélé fired PSG further in front inside three minutes in the second leg. Before half-time, however, two controversial referee decisions went against Bayern, leaving the manager, players and supporters reeling.
The first one saw the ball strike Nundo Mendes' arm, which would have resulted in a second yellow card for the defender. The referee waved play on. Minutes later, the ball struck João Neves' arm in the penalty box but the referee said no and VAR didn't overturn the on-field decision.
Were they the correct decisions, or do Bayern have a strong case for their frustrations?
