Former Birmingham City midfielder Lakin, 26, arrived from Burton Albion two years ago and went on to score five times in 97 games. Jamie Jellis, Priestley Farquharson, Dylan Thomas, Charlie Wragg, Alfie Chang, Evan Weir, Jake Hollman and Josh Gordon are also leaving.
