The updates include a mix of promotions, title changes, and new hires as the organization reinforces its infrastructure heading into the 2026 season. Among the most notable moves, Adam Berry was promoted to assistant general manager after playing a key role in player personnel, salary cap strategy, and contract negotiations.

In scouting, Joe Douglas was named senior vice president of player personnel, highlighting the team's continued emphasis on experienced leadership in roster construction. The football operations department saw several internal advancements, including Dan Ryan being elevated to senior director of team operations, former Eagles player Matt Leo to director of player engagement, and Grant Reiter to director of football administration. Zachary Steever will now serve as director of football research and strategy, while Zach Drapkin steps into an assistant director of personnel strategy role.

Isabel Pantle was promoted to senior quantitative analyst, and Marlon Sanders to video manager. On the scouting side, the Eagles made multiple key adjustments. Phil Bhaya was named vice president of player personnel, Alan Wolking vice president of football operations and strategic initiatives, and Jeremy Gray director of player personnel.
