New Bills stadium footage shows where fans will go after putting each other through tables

The Buffalo Bills played their last game at the former Ralph Wilson Stadium in January, capping off more than five decades of football tradition. That leaves less than four months until the new Highmark Stadium is open -- and from the looks of it, it's going to be a very nice place to shovel three feet of snow from the stands each winter. New drone footage provided a sneak peak of the new stadium, which looks lovely in the same very familiar way most stadiums look in 2026.

A modest canopy will provide some cover from sun and precipitation, but most of the field will remain open to the elements to preserve a hometown edge for both players and fans alike. And, as the video zooms out, you get a brief view of the tailgating lots where bottles of Fireball will be converted into enthusiasm by weck-powered alchemists and tables will be sacrificed to indifferent gods who are stingy with Super Bowl wins. But with a little imagination, you can picture Josh Allen breaking free from New England Patriots defenders while fans in those multi-colored seats determine the velocity and angle with which they can toss a sex toy onto the field. Not bad for only $850 million in taxpayer money to help out a team owner worth an estimated $6 billion.
