Vikings request interview with Bills assistant GM for their vacancy
The Vikings are kicking off their search for their next general manager by requesting an interview with Buffalo's Terrance Gray.
The Vikings have let the dust settle on their offseason now that the 2026 NFL Draft has come and gone. The next step they have to carry out is finding their new general manager after the firing of Kwesi Adofo-Mensah in the middle of it all. On Wednesday, the Vikings requested to interview Buffalo Bills assistant general manager Terrance Gray.
He has been with the Bills since 2017, but was with the Vikings for 11 seasons as a college scout before making the move up the NFL front office ladder. NFL Media's Tom Pelissero was the first to report this news. Gray has interviewed for general manager openings in the past, as he was interviewed by the Tennessee Titans for theirs.
As a part of the Bills, Gray has been with one of the best front offices in the NFL in recent years and has shown they can build a roster by drafting well, but also by making splash moves via trade or in free agency. The Vikings having a complete roster builder would be a welcome sight for fans as they enter a unique moment in franchise history with their current roster.
