This will be her second Grand Slam appearance of 2026 after falling in the opening round of the Australian Open earlier this year. With Wimbledon coming soon after Paris and the US Open closing out the Grand Slam calendar, it’s a busy stretch. Eala will want to find some form during this clay-court run.

However, she’s also already lined up to kick off her grass season with an early commitment. At the time of entry, the Filipina star was ranked 42nd in the world, making her second only to top seed Janice Tjen in the draw.

The WTA 125 event will also feature Alycia Parks, Tatjana Maria, Antonia Ruzic, Talia Gibson, and Beatriz Haddad Maia, along with several other notable players. The tournament runs from 1-7 June and serves as an early lead-up to Wimbledon, which takes place from 29th June to 12th July. How did Alexandra Eala fare on grass in 2025?
