Former Vol scores 20 points in Pistons-Cavaliers NBA playoffs Game 1

Former Vol plays 39 minutes for Detroit in a Game 1 win versus Cleveland.

Detroit defeated Cleveland, 111-101, on Tuesday in Game 1 of the NBA Eastern Conference playoffs semifinals at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Former Vol Tobias Harris started and played 39 minutes for the Pistons. He scored 20 points, while converting 6-of-14 field goal attempts, 1-of-5 three-point attempts and 7-of-8 free throw attempts.

The former Vol also recorded eight rebounds, one assist and two steals. Game 2 between the Pistons and Cavaliers is scheduled for Thursday at 7 p. m.

EDT at Little Caesars Arena. Harris played for the Vols from 2010-11 under head coach Bruce Pearl . In his one season at Tennessee, he averaged 15.
