The Jacksonville Jaguars are set to play the 2026 season under an unorthodox schedule that will mandate multiple games be played outside of Jacksonville. The franchise will play two home games in London, giving them more time away as the construction of the Stadium of the Future marches on. The team is set to play in Orlando during the 2027 season with the stadium ready to open ahead of the start of the 2028 season.
In 2026, EverBank Stadium will play at a reduced capacity of around 42,507 fans (a reduction of 27,637 seats) in the lower bowl with the upper decks completely removed. That number includes about 1,260 standing room only tickets. This has been reduced down from 68,300 seats typically accommodated at EverBank Stadium.

Jaguars team president Mark Lamping said during his media appearance in February that the team would be requesting the league give them a bye week after the team's second London home game. They'll then ask for a road game either before the team's first London game or after the team's bye week, giving the franchise a full month to ramp up construction on the stadium in the midst of the season. After finishing first place in the AFC South in 2025, Jacksonville's 2026 schedule got a bit more challenging, with the franchise set to play first-place teams in addition to their standard divisional opponents and rotation divisions.
