Is Stefon Diggs now an option for the Commanders?
Stefon Diggs is a free agent; he's productive and could help the Commanders. On Tuesday, he received some good news.
Should the Washington Commanders kick the tires on another receiver other than Brandon Aiyuk? Since the 2025 season concluded, every couple of days, the San Francisco 49ers receiver has been the subject of much interest among the Commanders ' fan base. With Washington GM Adam Peters not legally permitted to discuss another player under contract with another team, there is no way to discern how interested Peters is in Aiyuk.
If Peters determines he is not interested in Aiyuk, might Peters be interested in Stefon Diggs? Diggs is a local product, having played at Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD), later becoming a Maryland Terrapin. Diggs is out there, an unrestricted free agent.
