The Capitals AHL affiliate faces elimination going into Game 4 on Thursday after a 4-3 overtime loss.

The Washington Capitals' AHL affiliate Hershey Bears put up a strong fight on Tuesday, but are now facing elimination after a 4-3 overtime loss to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in Game 3 of the Atlantic Division Semifinals of the Calder Cup Playoffs. Hershey found itself trailing early in the first period after back-to-back goals for Phil Kemp and Mikhail Ilyin, but got a spark when Ivan Miroshnichenko sniped home his first of the playoffs to cut things to 2-1. First of the playoffs for Miro gets us on the board!
