D1Baseball has Florida (31-17, 13-11) at No. 12 in the RPI rankings heading into the final midweek matchup of the Gators ' season on Tuesday. Florida is coming off a big series win over the Oklahoma Sooners , securing things with a run-rule victory on Sunday.
While the Gators remain outside the top 10, a third-ranked strength of schedule and a nation-best 15 Quadrant 1 wins have Florida in the picture to host a super regional. Right now, D1Baseball has Florida hosting the 12th-seed regional and paired up with RPI No. 5 North Carolina in the Chapel Hill Super Regional.
