Arsenal host Atletico Madrid at Emirates Stadium this evening in the second-leg of their Champions League semi-final tie, and the duo are expected to feature in a huge boost for manager Mikel Arteta. The Gunners boss confirmed yesterday that Odegaard and Havertz are part of the squad to face the La Liga club.
The German missed the first-leg in Spain last Wednesday after he was withdrawn against Newcastle United due to a knock. He was not available for selection in the Premier League game against Fulham last Saturday but appears to be fully fit and could feature tonight. Odegaard also missed the 3-0 win at the weekend after he was forced off Spain last week due to a knee discomfort.
The Arsenal skipper is now back and will hope to be selected in the starting XI this evening as the North London club eye a first Champions League final since 2006.
