Iowa football offers rising 2028 Indianapolis QB Oscar Sloan
Iowa football is starting to work on its 2028 recruiting class, offering a three-star quarterback with lots of upside.
While the Iowa football program is still assembling its 2027 recruiting class, it's never too early to start thinking about the 2028 class. That's exactly what the Hawkeyes have been doing the past few days. Kirk Ferentz and the coaching staff have begun extending offers to prospects in the 2028 class, with an eye on the future of the program.
They continued that trend late last week when they offered a fast-rising three-star quarterback in the class. Oscar Sloan took to social media to share that Iowa offered. After a great throwing session and conversation with @CoachTimLester Iām thankful to receive an offer to the University of Iowa!!!
