com/mdWYJotKhb — Pittsburgh Steelers (@steelers) May 4, 2026 Bell, who was selected by the Patriots with the 231st overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, played just one season with New England before being released in August 2025. After short stints with the Philadelphia Eagles and Steelers practice squads, Bell signed a reserve/future contract with Philadelphia in January 2025. He was ultimately waived on April 28.

Bell now joins the Steelers for his second stint, competing for the TE3 spot behind Pat Freiermuth and Darnell Washington in the new Mike McCarthy-led offense.
