Multiple members of the Philadelphia 76ers discuss flushing their Game 1 loss as they look ahead to Game 2 against the New York Knicks.

NEW YORK -- Blowouts happen in the NBA. Even in the playoffs. It's all about responding and moving on to the next game with a new opportunity.

The Philadelphia 76ers fell to the New York Knicks 137-98 in Game 1 of Round 2 on Monday night to fall behind the Knicks 1-0 in this series. The Sixers trailed by 23 at halftime and by as many as 40 on the night. The Sixers fell to the Boston Celtics by 32 points in both Game 1 and Game 4.

In each instance, they found a way to bounce back and win the next one. That is their challenge now for Game 2 on Wednesday. "Well, you have to," said coach Nick Nurse.

"Again, itโ€™s like, I know that wasn't any fun. It wasn't any fun to sit there, to be a part of, to be honest, and watch, but it's 0-1. It doesn't really matter if it's six points or 36 or whatever the hell it was.
