It left his children confused. Bassitt left in free agency this offseason to sign with the Baltimore Orioles . But in relaying a story to reporters on Monday, he shared how it wasn't the easiest move for the younger members of his family.
According to MLB. com's Ayako Oikawa , Bassitt's kids are "confused" by the fact that their father's hat now has a different bird logo on it. "That's not the Blue Jays," they tell him.
