They confirmed the signing of 11 undrafted free agents, who all participated. The rookie draft picks worked with the strength and conditioning staff. Roughly 50 prospects also practiced with the Titans on a tryout basis.
Two of those undrafted signings are wide receivers. Tyren Montgomery out of John Carroll and Hank Beatty out of Illinois signed contracts with the Titans. Montgomery has drawn lots of buzz after being a D-III wideout who thrived at the Senior Bowl.
He accumulated 2,600 receiving yards in two seasons after not playing high school football. Beatty perhaps deserves more attention than heโs receiving. The signing of Montgomery has overshadowed the other undrafted receiver.
