Wisconsin football insider heavily praises team's quarterback room
These last few seasons, the Wisconsin Badgers simply haven't had quarterbacks that have what it takes to compete in the Big Ten. Some of that boils down to injuries or things of that nature, but 247Sports Nick Osen recently sat down with Brian Butch and had raving reviews for what Luke Fickell has done with the QB room. "The quarterback room is in the best spot it's been in under Fickell and I would argue probably in the last six or seven years," Osen said .
"There have been some other top quarterbacks that got hurt or things like that," "But I think I trust more than just one or two guys in that room. If you know, knock on wood, there are no injuries and things of that nature that we have seen a ton of the last couple seasons. " Whatโs the vibe around Badger football after spring practice?
I asked @TheRealNickOsen from 247 Badgers where things stand in Madison now that spring ball is wrapped. Energy? Questions?
Optimism? Itโs all on the table. #Badgers #WisconsinFootball #ButchiesDen pic.

Should that happen, true freshman Ryan Hopkins has been turning heads and it's clear Oson, who was at 14 of the team's 15 spring practices, knows this team is ready to exceed all expectations.
