Report: Bayern Munich heavily interested in Tornike Kvaratskhelia, little brother of PSG star Kvicha

Kvicha Kvaratskhelia and his club PSG will face Bayern Munich in a Champions League semifinal second leg, in which the Georgian has already proven his class. But while Bayern look to stop the former Napoli SC player, they are apparently also looking to sign his younger brother, Toni Kvaratskhelia (I am getting good at remembering to write that name).

According to Georgian publication La Gazzetta Georgia (as captured by @iMiaSanMia ) Bayern have even gone as far as to fly the 16-year-old to Munich: Bayern are interested in signing Tornike Kvaratskhelia (16/left-winger), brother of PSG star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Kvaratskhelia flew to Munich, will have a meeting with Bayern officials and visit the club’s facilities as an introduction. The 16-year old was included in Dinamo Tbilisi’s first team squad for the first time last Saturday.

Several other European clubs are also interested. The first immediate snag in any potential transfer dealings would be that Bayern cannot sign Tornike before he turns 18. UEFA ruling stipulate Bayern cannot transfer a player from a non-EU country (such as Georgia) before this age.
