She explained that they started a conversation for the first time via Instagram messenger about five years ago when he approached her to cook for him.
Adams stated that they started as friends, until things became sexual between them, after which he offered her a job in February 2025. The terms stipulated that the chef would live with him and prepare his meals for a weekly salary of $2000. She added that her job description was to make sure Diggs was healthy enough for his comeback year by feeding him the right diet.
As stated by TMZ , Adams allegedly stayed in his home from July to December 2025 until trouble broke out in November within his inner circle. The chef stated that a friend of Diggs’ baby’s mother claimed Adams was spreading information about him engaging in a sexual relationship with another woman on his staff, identified as Lindsay. The footballer reportedly confronted Adams when the report dropped, and things degenerated to the point where she was told she could not travel with Diggs and his team to a Miami trip due to the drama.
