The rumor mill has churned out another name.

The England international has been tipped to leave the Magpies at the end of the season already, with Bayern Munich reportedly keen on his services.

According to Alex Pintanel at RAC1 , Barcelona may also be an option as they look for a new left winger. The Catalans are said to be keen on Gordon and he’s seen as “a very interesting option for the forward line. ” Gordon’s only scored six Premier League goals so far this season for Eddie Howe’s side but netted 10 times in 12 Champions League outings for the English club.

It’s worth noting that four of those goals came in a play-off against Qarabag, but Gordon did also find the back of the net against Union St Gilloise, Benfica, Bayer Leverkusen and PSV. Yet Gordon would be an expensive signing if he were to move. The Times have previously reported that while Bayern value Gordon at around £55 million, Newcastle would prefer a fee of £75m for the attacker.
