Bell was selected in the seventh round of the 2024 NFL Draft out of South Carolina by the New England Patriots.
He caught two passes for 20 yards and a touchdown in three appearances as a rookie. He spent 2025 on the Philadelphia Eagles and Steelers practice squads. He signed a futures deal with the Eagles in January before being waived in late April.
Bell now joins a tight end room made up of Darnell Washington, Pat Freiermuth, Riley Nowakowski, JJ Galbreath, Lake McRee, and Chamon Metayer ahead of OTAs and minicamp.
