In their final playoff game, the Hawks failed to reach 50 points by the time the opposing Knicks had reached 100. It's not how you want to go out. It did send the Hawks into what could be a crucial offseason.

They proved that some members of their core can be big-time contributors going forward. They also figured out which players might be better off elsewhere. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's Lauren Williams named four Hawks that are "a coin toss" to return or not, which essentially emphasizes their lack of overall importance to Atlanta's plans.
