Cameron Young Wins Cadillac Championship, Continues Red-Hot 2026
Cameron Young wins the 2026 Cadillac Championship as he prepares for the upcoming PGA Championship major in just two weeks.

The Cadillac Championship was held at Doral, also called the Blue Monster, for the first time since Adam Scott won the 2016 WGC Championship.
With a new venue, and plenty of money on the line, almost all of the best players in the world descended on Trump National Doral to attempt to claim victory. What no one saw coming was a wire-to-wire win for the red-hot Cameron Young. Young, who was once considered the best golfer on tour to never win an event, finally broke through last August when he won the Wyndham Championship.
That might have been the win to get that proverbial monkey off his back, because in 2026 he has been one of the best golfers in the world. This season Young has played in nine events, and has made the cut in every event. Throughout those events he has two wins and five Top 10 finishes as he now is sitting 3rd in the FedEx Cup standings.
The victory at Doral might not have been as impressive as his win at TPC Sawgrass when he won the Players Championship, but he has to be happy with how things played out this past weekend. Why should he be happy? Not just because he won, but because of the players he outlasted along the way.
